Ask A Geologist: Easy Ways to Lose 5 Pounds for the Holidays
Dear Sweet Geologist,
What is a good way to lose 5lbs before Christmas? I want to look fab for my office party and my dumb MIL.
Five whole pounds? 5? Did you leave off some place value on that? I can accidentally lose five pounds in a day.
Personally I think you should just get some spanx but here are some other tips to get you looking fit and fantastic in no time.

* Back in college my friend Anna and I would work out together at the Turner Center a few times a week. Mostly we would just go to the gym and be weird. One day, after about a month of "working out" Anna got onto the scale. She was SO MAD. She yelled, "I'm up like eight pounds!"
