Fiesta Portabellas Ay yi yi!

I thought it would be a great idea to make a portabella mushroom topped with cheese, refried beans, sour cream and salsa. Mexican mushrooms!!

It wasn't. It was terrible*.

*It was like slimey, warm, goopy, mexican barf. Combine all of those ingredients and eat them on top of some sort or tortilla like a normal person.
